Operator and acceptance

Waiterio LLC operates Fixalista. By accessing the website or app, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Informational directory, not a contractor or intermediary

Fixalista helps people discover home service professionals, such as plumbers, electricians, and locksmiths, using publicly available professional information. It does not carry out any work, provide quotes, take bookings, or know real-time availability, and it does not verify licences, certifications, insurance, or workmanship. Fixalista is not a party to any contract between a customer and a professional. Ratings and review counts come from Google Maps and are not an endorsement by Fixalista. Do not use Fixalista for an emergency such as a gas leak, a fire, or flooding; contact your local emergency services.

Listings, hours, services, prices, ratings, and contact details may be incomplete, change, or contain errors. Confirm them directly with the professional before making a decision, along with the price and any licence or certification the work requires.

Permitted use

You may use Fixalista for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security measures, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, use listing data to harass or discriminate, run automated extraction that overloads the service, or republish the database in bulk without permission. Legitimate search engines must respect robots.txt and the published agent surfaces.

Accounts and roles

You can browse the directory without an account. If you create one, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and choose the role that applies: customer or professional. The same person may hold both roles. A professional account does not verify your professional identity or automatically assign you a public listing; you must not impersonate a professional or business you do not represent.

Public listings and corrections

A listing does not imply employment, sponsorship, or endorsement by Fixalista. If you represent a professional or business, you can request a correction or removal through the help center. We may request reasonable verification before acting.

Third-party services and content

Fixalista may open phone, WhatsApp, Google Maps, provider websites, and other external services. Their own terms and policies govern your use. Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy. Directory maps use data and tiles from OpenStreetMap.

Intellectual property

Fixalista’s name, branding, design, software, and original content belong to Waiterio LLC or its licensors. Third-party names, marks, and data remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights to you.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may correct, update, remove, or limit listings, features, or coverage and suspend uses that violate these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material revisions will be published here with their effective date.

Warranties and liability

To the extent allowed by law, Fixalista is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guaranteeing third-party information or the outcome of contacting or hiring a professional. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

iPhone and iPad app

Unless the App Store listing presents a custom agreement, the app license is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. If there is a conflict about the app license, the applicable App Store agreement controls.

Governing law and contact

To the extent permitted, these terms are governed by Wyoming law, United States, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence.
